National Account Manager
Our client is a leading media company looking for an individual who will be responsible for bringing advertising solutions for both print and online media plus identifying new methods of serving the advertisers needs.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develop strategic relationships by identifying new business opportunities with direct marketers, online advertisers, and ad agencies
· Initiating sales calls to new accounts and grow current advertiser base
· Build strong long-term relationships with clients
· Meet the monthly/annual print & online revenue targets
· Entering notes for all in-person and prospecting calls in company CRM system daily
· Submitting accurate sales projections by week, month, quarter and year as requested by management
· Build strong long-term relationships with clients
· Create dynamic and engaging marketing solutions using everything Canada Wide has to offer
Qualifications
· The ideal candidate will have experience creating unique advertising proposals and presenting them effectively to both large and small customers.
· Strong sales experience is mandatory with a very successful track record of hitting revenue targets
· Candidate must possess solution-oriented skill sets, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to dig for new business.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for new media and a relentless competitive spirit to hit sales targets. The ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate both internally and externally is essential.
Experience working with other media platforms synergistically (i.e., TV, Radio, Outdoor) is desirable.
Compensation: Base 45-50K OTE 80-90K
