Our client, a leading producer of plastic products, is looking to hire a National Sales Manager for Canadian Operations.
Role:
-Design, direct, administer and implement all sales and marketing programs
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts
-Develop and manage sales operating budgets for multiple manufacturing facilities and business units
-Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations
Requirements:
-Experience in a manufacturing environment, plastics experience would be preferred
-Experience developing, and implementing business and sales plans, product pricing, and financial forecasting and reporting
