Key Responsibility Areas

·         Develop annual sales plans, budgets and establish sales processes for BPO and ITO services

·         Meet and exceed sales targets for BPO and ITO sales across specific industry verticals across North America through lead generation, prospecting, deal pursuit, presentations, pricing and contract closure.

·         Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and meet sales targets for this channel by preparing responses, making presentations, negotiating terms and obtaining signed contracts.

·         Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports with pipelines, opportunities, successes and setbacks

·         Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence relating to pricing, industry trends and opportunities and threats

·         Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, capabilities, and target markets for BPO/ITO in North America.

 

Knowledge/ Skills /Qualification /Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum five years’ experience selling BPO/IT Managed Services /Telecom

·         Thorough understanding of the BPO/ITO markets, competition, pricing and technology

·         Track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales targets

·         Ability to perform the complete sales cycle: planning, forecasting, developing client relationships, presentations, negotiating and closing

·         Strong communication and presentation skills

·         Self starter and creative deal maker with presence and tenacity to gain access to senior decision makers to develop revenue generating relationships.

·         Proven ability to build high value business engagement and multi-year contracts
