With its Markham office expanding the need to find its next Director of Business Development has taken top priority.  If you have over 10 years of sales success,  with an engineering background and experience with  hydrocarbons, continue reading.

 

In this senior business development role your primary responsibilities include identifying new opportunities with key targeted accounts using previous successful solution sales techniques.  You have a proven ability to align with your customer’s executive team and key stakeholders throughout the entire asset lifecycle.  In addition, you will support other business development employees at various stages of the sales cycle.

·         12+ years of direct sales in services/solutions

·         Minimum 3 years of hydrocarbon experience and EPC environment

·         Engineering degree preferred

As a Financial Consultant you will learn a variety of programs and offerings to provide one on one personal advice and services to your clients.  With an excellent training and on boarding plan, all the tools you need to succeed will be provided.

Training is paid ($4K)

This is a commission and bonus opportunity.  Average first year is approx $35-60K, second year 85-110K
