Responsibilities

·         Increase business volume by developing new business and grow existing client base and Responsible for identifying the clients needs and provide solutions

·         Responsible for preparing new business proposals

·         Assist Branch Manager in providing marketing ideas/solutions for special promotions i.e. gifts packages for clients

·         Develop and implement plans for converting prospects into clients

·         Consult with customers to identify immediate and longer term staffing solutions while developing and maintaining client relationships.

·         Prospecting through cold-calling and utilizing all sales tools available (electronic CRM, social media etc.) to build a qualified target list that enables them to meet their personal sales targets.

·         Arrange and attend a minimum of 10 appointments per week.

·         Close a minimum of 3 new accounts per month (36 per year).

 

Requirements

·         Successfully completed post secondary education

·         Minimum 2 years Selling experience required (Previous service/solution selling an asset)

·         Previous industry experience an asset.

·         Efficient keyboarding skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express

Position - Inside Sales Representative

Industry – Biometric Access Control and Business Process Management

Role:

-          A full cycle sales position, responsible for prospecting and closing new business

-          Meets or exceeds established sales quotas

-          Cold calling and sales meetings/presentations

-          Analyze customer needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions

-          Builds business relationships with customers’ C-level decision-makers

-          Qualifying opportunities, developing and deploying a successful sales strategy, and maintaining client relationships after the sale

Requirements:

-          University Degree/College Diploma or related experience

Description:

As an Account Executive/Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

Job Title: Sales Manager (reporting to VP of Sales)

 

Company Overview:

 

Our client provides businesses with a single source of integrated, state-of-the-art security solutions for intrusion, video, access and fire - all backed with professional monitoring by experienced, trained personnel.  They have been in business since 1960 and are located in over 180 cities across North America.

 

They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their office in Mississauga.

 

General Functions:

 

To provide goal orientated leadership to the sales team that will facilitate the achievement of dealership sales and financial goals, and to underscore the Company’s Core Values with regard to co-workers and customers.  Work ethic and passion are critically needed ingredients. 

 

Specific Duties:

 

Ensure that individual sales goals are achieved including installation and RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) growth.

 

Spend majority of time in the field, coaching and counseling salespeople to improve performance according to time and territory sales standards.  When in field, it is expected that a full day is spent with each salesperson.

 

Require Sales Team to utilize CRM as an individual aid and to assist others as a management tool.

 

Help sales staff achieve sales calls, appointments, presentation and quotation standards, and for overall improvement of closing ratios and maximization of installation and RMR on jobs sold.

 

Supervise telemarketing team (NONE IN PLACE CURRENTLY) to ensure they are acquiring prime prospects through established lead source systems as well as evaluating new sources.  Offer creative suggestions for approaching the marketplace.

 

Supervise sales coordination to ensure all necessary paperwork is properly routed resulting in well-coordinated installations.

 

Provide new salespeople with a structured supervised sales and product training program.

 

Provide weekly training for the entire sales force.

 

Annually prepare a detailed marketing plan that will assess the sales department, current market conditions, competition and activities necessary for achievement of annual quotas.  Review monthly statements.

 

Requirements:

 

-          5+ Years in a Sales Management Role

-          Experience managing a sales team of 3+ reps

-          Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not required
