Job Summary
This position must be able to operate effectively within a team-oriented environment and approach to selling and also work independently to source, develop and close new business. This person will maintain and expand existing accounts, and develop new accounts through remote and personal customer contact. Establish effective communication with appropriate Executives and the Sales Manager to ensure proper sensitivity to sales needs.
You will excel in a team-based environment where initiative and outstanding customer service skills are essential to achieving established revenue targets and building new and existing client relationships. A dynamic presenter and sales closer, you will also develop and implement sales work plans and an Account Intelligence System responsible for recording account, competitive, and sales activities information, collaborate with internal contacts, and maintain current industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the regions which have been assigned to generate maximum revenue and meet company objectivesMeet or exceed established sales goals by effective territory managementIncrease market share by calling on all levels of customers, promoting company’s services, conducting sales presentations to both group and individuals.Develop and implement a Account Intelligence System that records account information, competitive information and sales activitiesDevelop and implement a Sales Work Plan, that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales functionsEstablish techniques to increase service improvements and competitive strategies to target marketsPromoting and fostering positive business relationships as an advocate for the company.Make organized, professional group and individual presentations demonstrating service knowledge focusing on the customers needs and requirementsMaintain current knowledge of related goals, objectives, procedures and sales and marketing techniquesEducation & Training
Post-Secondary education is preferred.Sales training from a notable organization
Experience
Minimum (3-5) years Sales experienceFluently bilingual in French & English
Demonstrated competency in the following:

Computer literacy in spreadsheet and word-processing application
COMPENSATION
Base Salary - $45K-$50K
Total Compensation - $100K+
Car Allowance - $600/Month + Gas Allowance - $300/Month
