Affiliate candidates that are not interested in conducting training personally are still invited to apply as the organization is equipped to provide training resources for those affiliates interested primarily in a business development role only, however an interest in training and development solutions to B2B environments is obviously a must.

 

Realistic Compensation Expectations

Our client’s goal is for the selected affiliates to sell between three or four days of training per month and potentially combine that with added consulting work, recruitment solutions and sales force effectiveness automation.  Realistic revenue targets after 3-6 months should be in the $12,000 - $20,000 monthly range on training programs only, which would net an affiliate $7200 - $12,000 monthly in income.  Given the organization’s mandate to eventually build a franchise program, opportunities exist for successful affiliates to participate in the design, growth and development of this enterprise.
