Role:

·         Recruitment, training and development of managers

·         Oversee 4 sales managers: 40 indirect reports

·         Regular reviews of the sales managers

·         Ensure teams are on plan and are meeting their revenue objectives

·         Review metrics and reporting of various office locations

 

Requirements:

·         6-10 years of experience managing high performing sales teams

·         Proven track record of success

·         Experience managing hunters in a process oriented sales environment

·         50% travel required

 

Compensation:

·         A base salary of $100k plus a 50% bonus



 
Regional Sales Manager
Vancouver		 $110,000.00 Sales Management
 

Our client, an engineering and manufacturing organisation that designs and builds pumps and HVAC systems, is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada.  This person should reside in Calgary or Vancouver.

 

Responsibilities

-Manage the western sales department with the goal of exceeding revenue and gross profit targets

- Develop sales plans and forecasts, set the direction of the sales program to support the growth objectives

-Coach and mentor direct reports and sales agents

-Ensure that all products sold by the company are being market and represented properly

-Work out of a home office, travel required

 

Requirements

-Experience managing a high performance sales team

-HVAC experience

 

Compensation

-$100-110k, with a 35% bonus

-$675 car allowance plus mileage
